In August 2000 I purchased a property, through Peter Browning of L.J. Hooker, Brunswick Heads. I then consciously chose Hooker to manage the property. At that time there were four real estate agents in Brunswick Heads in a highly competitive market where the housing stock in this sought after village was less than 900 dwelling units.
Cautious by nature, I wanted a property manager who I felt confident would not only protect through vigilant management, the physical property but also its rental return. This was particularly important given the historical transient nature of those seeking rental accommodation in Brunswick Heads.
I have been more than pleased with my choice. Hookers property management has been outstanding in a number of areas.
I have benefited from a continuous occupancy of the residence. This is to the credit of Hookers principal property manager who is ever mindful and has acted to facilitate an uninterrupted rental income.
Maintenance problems have been minimal, an issue which reflects on the property managers experience and insight into processing and making recommendation on tenancy applications. Maintenance problems have been quickly and efficiency attended to with a minimum inconvenience to the tenant(s). Furthermore, I have been benefited from the property managers prior consultation on any needed maintenance.
Property inspections have been regular and thorough. At all times they have been organized to include myself as the property owner. They have been detailed and the follow-up documentation has been received on each occasion within 48 hours.
Monthly statements have been prompt, i.e. with in 24 hours of the closing off date.
Perhaps the most testing of any property manager is the `Outgoing Inspection`. Here I have witnessed the craft and skill of Hookers property manager. Her tenacity, personal style and professional adherence to the rights of tenant and landlord on each occasion have been outstanding.
Given my experience with L.J. Hookers property management I would have no hesitation in recommending your rental property to them.

that you thought would suit the "living and office" lifestyle that I needed. And you have been very flexible when rent was delayed due to changes in banking, or when we had issues with transfers
from our Hong Kong company. It's a shame you aren't the real estate company who manages this property because I would have loved to continue to have you as our rental manager.
